The state authorities of Iran don’t provide any accurate information about the cases opened against Karam Mardana, Abdul Aziz Azimi Gadim and Ahad Seifkhah.
Although more than 1 month has passed since Karam Mardana and Abdula Aziz Azimi Gadim were arrested, their cases are still being held in an uncertain condition in the 209th ward of Evin Prison in Tehran.
Karim Mardane and Azimi Gadim have been in prison for about 38 days in the prison known as Ward 209 of the Ministry of Intelligence.
Also, Ahad Seifkhah, the brother of Ayaz Seifkhah, who was arrested in Evin Prison, has not been informed about his situation by the relevant authorities, despite the fact that he has been detained for 10 days.
Referring to the statement of the family, they repeatedly appealed to the courts and prosecutor's offices in Tabriz.
But no satisfactory answer was given. Telephone contact and meetings with him are also not allowed.
