During the meeting the activist said that he had severe pains in his lumber disc and he was transferred from isolation ward No. 209 of the prison to the quarantine ward where 11 criminals are located.
According to the information, the physical condition of the activist has worsened due to 15-day hunger strike.
Bagir Hajizadeh, another South Azerbaijani activist, contacted his family briefly and said that he was transferred to the quarantine ward of Tabriz Central Prison.
The transfer of political prisoners to the wards where criminals are kept is used as a kind of pressure on them.
