According to the "Abbas Lisani" news portal, Mahmud Ocaglu has been in prison for 17 months and is currently serving his sentence in the fourth ward.

However, they are not guaranteed vacation time, which is legally required. Also, for some time, the Security Department threatened to open a new case against him.

During the appeal review of the case filed against the activist, he was sentenced to up to 11 years in prison and other additional punishments before being granted the right to self-defense.

Ali Rezeyzade Nadarli is serving a 1-year sentence in the 8th ward of that prison.

Another southern activist, Asghar Faraji, is serving a 5-year prison term in the same ward.

He has completed a third of his sentence. However, the ability to leave is not guaranteed. Faraji is suffering from a disease in his back.

His family repeatedly applied and requested that he be sent to treatment facilities. However, their request was denied.

Also, Ali Rzai Havastan, who is serving a 6-year sentence in Evin Prison, was granted a 5-day leave following the death of his father.
