New Zealand has imposed sanctions against individuals and legal entities of Iran

On May 16, New Zealand's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Iran and other countries had imposed sanctions on 28 individuals and 14 companies.

These companies and individuals were sanctioned for assisting Russia in its war against Ukraine.

Among them, one Iranian individual and four legal entities are identified.

Ehsan Imaninija, the executive director of the "Sada Saze Faraz Sharif" company, which produces Shahed-136 UAVs and is a key figure in the IRGC, has been sanctioned.

"Baharistan Kish" Company, which operates in the field of development and production of UAVs, "Kimya Part Sivan" Company, which provides the engine and systems of UAVs for the Russian Armed Forces,

"Sipahan Sarmad Elektronik" and "Shakkad Sanat Asmari" companies offer engineering services to Quds Force organizations.
