Female prisoner executed in Tabriz
Fazil Vaziri, an activist from the Qashqai Turkish community in Iran's Fars province, has been summoned to the prosecutor's office.
Human rights activists reported on the situation.
Fazil Vaziri was summoned via e-mail by the Justice System and instructed to report to the 14th department of the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Shiraz within 5 days to answer the charges against him.
It should be noted that the security forces of Iran arrested the activist on May 6, 2024, in Shiraz and took him to the security detention center, and after interrogating him for 5 days, he was transferred to the Adilabad prison.
He was accused of "supporting and cooperating with anti-government groups, colluding and conspiring to attack the country's internal and external security, and spreading false information to confuse public opinion."
The Qashqai activist was released after 34 days in custody on a bail of 1 billion Iranian tomans.
