This was announced by Shahram Arshi, the director of the Ministry of Health's Infectious Diseases Management Center.

He stated that there are currently 148 people infected with dengue fever in Gilan, Mazandaran, Khuzistan, and Sistan and Baluchestan provinces.

It is worth noting that Iran's Minister of Health, Bahram Eynollahi, has also warned about this.

"This disease is caused by the bite of the Aedes mosquito, and the symptoms are high fever, headache, stiff joints, minor bleeding from the nose and gums, and low blood pressure," the minister stated.

Although it was reported that six people infected with fever died a few days ago, there has been no official announcement about those who died in recent days.
