This was stated by the deputy commander of the IRGC, General Mohammad Reza Naqdi.
He stated that Iran should now oppose the Council of Europe more strongly than ever before.
It should be noted that during the presidential elections, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated that he supports resolving issues and problems with the United States.
The President referred to those who oppose negotiations with the US and the West as "sanction brokers," claiming that they made a lot of money by taking advantage of the country's sanctions.
As a result, the IRGC General Mohammad Reza Naqdi's harsh speech on negotiations with the United States can be interpreted as a warning to Masoud Pezeshkian.
