Pakistani and Iranian military have carried out joint military operations against Jaish ul-Adl, an ethnic Baloch armed group, in the Sabzkuh border region between Panjgur and Sarawan of Sistan and Baluchestan province.
This was reported in a statement released by "Jaish ul-Adl."
The ground and air operations claimed the lives of 12 members of the group and injured four others.
The armed group claimed that two Jaish ul-Adl commanders were among the dead. The operation against the ethnic Baloch armed organization coincided with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi's visit to Pakistan.
It should be noted that on October 26, 10 Iranian police officers were killed in an attack by armed groups in the Goharkuh region of Taftan district in Iran's Sistan and Baluchestan province. The "Ansar al-Furqan" armed organization of ethnic Baloch claimed responsibility for the attack.
