This was stated in the UN media account.

Iran opposed the draft resolution, insisting on respect for human dignity and the advancement of human rights based on its sovereign right to establish its own laws.

In the vote, 131 countries supported the resolution, 36 opposed it, and 21 abstained.

Along with Iran, the United States, China, India, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Iraq, Yemen, Syria, Qatar, and North Korea all voted against the draft resolution.
