Grigoryan noted that the technical aspects of the process are currently under discussion. He recalled the most recent meeting took place in January 2025, during which the deputy prime ministers of both countries agreed to continue the delimitation process from the Armenia–Azerbaijan–Georgia section of the border.
He added that confidential diplomatic efforts are underway to clarify the technical details and stressed that Armenia is committed to progress and the signing of a peace agreement.
“We clearly want progress and the signing of a peace deal,” Grigoryan said. “There are claims that the proposed agreement does not serve our national interests, but that is not true. Armenia is genuinely seeking a peace agreement.”
