According to Wall Street Journal report Israel is running low on its stock of Arrow missile interceptors, this raising new concerns about their ability to counter long-range ballistic missiles launched by Iran.

The report, citing a senior American official, said that Washington has been aware of the issue for several months and has begun work to strengthen Israel's air defenses, deploying systems on land, at sea and in the air.

It should be noted that the Arrow is a critical part of Israel’s multi-layered defense shield, designed to intercept high-altitude ballistic missiles, including those launched from Iran.

It is also worth mentioning that the reduction in the number of missiles and drones is also evident on the Iranian side. If Iran used hundreds of missiles or drones in its first strikes against Israel, now these numbers have decreased to 10-15.
