Ulduz Gasimi and Amir Sattari have been summoned to the Urmia District Court

Activists of the Azerbaijani National Movement, Ulduz Gasimi and Amir Sattari-Rauf, have been summoned to the courts of the Urmia province of West Azerbaijan to defend themselves against the charges.

The notifications sent stated that the charge brought against Ms. Qasimi and Amir Sattari Bey was “inciting people to commit crimes against internal/external security.”

It should be noted that in early March 2025, Ulduz Qasimi and Amir Sattari, who participated in the actions organized by the people of Urmia in protest against the separatist gatherings organized by Kurdish terrorist groups in Urmia, were arrested at a checkpoint while leaving the city.

It should be noted that 22 activists from South Azerbaijan were reportedly detained after the Urmia actions organized by the Azerbaijani people.

This important action that took place was an important response to the Kurdish terrorist groups that were trying to commit separatism with the help of the regime in South Azerbaijan.
