Tahir Naqvi's condition has worsened

The condition of Azerbaijani lawyer Tahir Naqavi, who continues his hunger strike, has worsened.

On November 5, family members who visited Tahir Naqavi expressed their concerns about his condition.

It should be noted that, along with Tahir Naqavi, another Azerbaijani activist, Vadud Asadi, who is being held in Evin prison, is also continuing his hunger strike.

After the demands of Tahir Naqavi's wife and sister, the prison administration allowed them to have a phone conversation for a few minutes.

During the phone conversation, Tahir Naqavi said that the situation in the ward where he was being held was bad after the recent bombing. The Azerbaijani lawyer stated that he will continue his hunger strike, and apologized to his family for this.
