Mansur Ibadi Garchan, a resident of Ardabil, was seriously wounded by a bullet on Behjui Street in the city on January 9, 2026, and died a few days later.
The Erk Azerbaijan Human Rights Society has released a statement on this.
The Erk Society announced that the details of Mansur Ibadi Garchan's case were recorded in accordance with the principle of confidentiality and would be used only for the purpose of establishing justice and for use in international legal mechanisms.
The society also called on the families of the victims, witnesses and other informed persons to submit their information and documents to human rights organizations in order to prevent these cases from being forgotten and to strengthen the path to justice.
