The life of the activist from Tabriz is in danger

The family of activist Reza Taghizade Otadi, who was arrested during the January protests, has not been informed about his whereabouts or condition.

Human rights organizations reported this, citing the activist's family.

"On January 9, security officers stormed R. Taghizade's house, arrested him, searched his house, and confiscated his personal belongings," the report said.

It was noted that the activist was beaten during the arrest and was taken away in handcuffs despite receiving serious injuries.

Reza Taghizade Otadi's family said that they have not received any information about his condition to this day and are worried about whether he is alive or not.
