10 protesters executed in 10 days in Iran

At least 10 protesters and political prisoners have been executed in several Iranian prisons over the past 10 days.

This was reported by Amnesty International.

“The arbitrary execution of 10 dissidents in such a short period is a sign of ongoing deadly repression. These individuals were sentenced following grossly unfair trials, including the use of torture,” the organization said in a statement.

Another part of the statement referred to the execution of four young protesters who had been sentenced to death just weeks after being arrested in January 2026.

Amnesty International stressed that the continuation of this trend could lead to more such cases and requires urgent attention from the international community.

The organization also warned that the ongoing executions have raised serious concerns that the lives of other political prisoners may be at risk.
