CNN: Iran removing missile launchers from underground tunnels

Iran is using the ceasefire period to extract missile launch systems that remained inside underground tunnels.

CNN reported this based on satellite images showing equipment working to open tunnel entrances.

The images indicate that Iran is using heavy machinery to retrieve missile launchers that were trapped underground following airstrikes.

According to the report, a recent U.S. intelligence assessment suggests that after a month of fighting, roughly half of Iran’s missile launch systems are still intact.

Many of these systems were buried after U.S. and Israeli strikes targeted tunnel entrances, and Iran is now attempting to bring them back to the surface.
