Ebrahim Azizi told Sputnik that the United States has shown itself to be an unreliable negotiating partner and warned that no agreement would be possible unless Washington changes its approach.

Azizi also emphasized that the Islamic Republic seeks lasting control and management over the Strait of Hormuz, describing the policy as strategic and long-term rather than a temporary response.
