Sevinc Books, a bookstore specializing in Turkish-language books, distributed Turkish books to children in the city of Zanjan as part of a cultural charity initiative held on the day of Ashura.
The initiative aimed to promote reading among children, strengthen their linguistic identity, and encourage an interest in books. It was warmly received by the families and children who attended the event.
The organizers said their main goal was to use religious occasions to promote cultural and educational activities among the younger generation.
As part of the initiative, children received Turkish-language storybooks and educational books to help foster a greater interest in reading and their mother tongue.
