Another Baloch prisoner dies in Iranian prison

A 50-year-old Baloch prisoner, Davoud Mir, who was being held in Zahedan Prison in Iran's Sistan and Baluchestan Province, has died.

The information was reported by human rights organizations.

According to the reports, despite suffering from a heart condition, prison authorities refused to transfer him to the prison's medical facility or provide him with the necessary medication, leading to his death.

His family has protested the incident, citing his deteriorating physical condition and delays in receiving medical care. They are demanding a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death and the exact cause of it.
