A group of poets, writers, and media representatives from Zanjan visited the home of veteran poet Rahgozar Heydaji in the city of Heydarj (Hidaj) on Tuesday, August 5, 2026.
During the gathering, Rahgozar Heydaji spoke about his life, the early years of his poetic career, and his cultural activities, sharing experiences from several decades of literary work with those in attendance.
Rahgozar Heydaji is one of the founders of the Abhar Poetry and Literature Association. He has written poetry in both Turkish (Azerbaijani) and Persian, and his works explore themes such as wisdom, mysticism, and love.
The meeting was organized to honor the veteran poet's literary and cultural contributions and to preserve his memories and experiences for future generations.
