The identities of 54 people arrested during the January protests in the city of Ardabil, who are currently being held in the prison's high-security ward, have been made public.
The information was reported by the Iran Human Rights Organization.
According to the report, 25 of the detainees have been sentenced to a combined total of more than 49 years in prison, while 29 others remain in detention with their legal status still unresolved.
The organization also said that Ardabil Prosecutor Jalal Afaqi objected to the sentences issued for 10 of the defendants and requested that their punishments be increased.
The report includes the names of all 54 detainees as well as the dates of their arrests.
