Younis Jailé, chairman of the Tabriz Chamber of Commerce, made the remarks.
“A comparison of per capita banking facilities shows that the figure is 746 million tomans in Tehran, 200 million tomans nationwide, and just 89 million tomans in East Azerbaijan. This is an indication of the unequal distribution of resources,” he said.
