Branch 23 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court has sentenced Barzur Rezaei, who was arrested during the January protests, to death.
Human rights organizations reported the development.
No details have been provided regarding the charges against the detainee, who is currently being held in Evin Prison.
Meanwhile, a death sentence has also been issued against Arman Almasi, who is being held in a prison in the city of Arak.
He has been accused of setting fire to a police vehicle in the city of Mahallat, in Markazi Province, during the January protests.
