Azerbaijan once again appealed to Israel through various channels to be cautious regarding the safety of the civilian population and civilian facilities during operations in areas inhabited by Azerbaijani Turks in Iran and to avoid strikes as much as possible.
Especially after the military facilities in Ardabil were hit, there was concern on the Azerbaijani side about the safety of the civilian population.
