Abbas Najafi, Hamadan's Chief Prosecutor, stated this to the media.

He stated that the workplaces were closed because they violated Ramadan-related rules, including the mandatory hijab.

It should be noted that thousands of workplaces in Iran have been closed over the last year for violating mandatory hijab rules, playing music, and breaking Ramadan rules.
