The film was screened on March 25 in the "Setare Baran" Cineplex, which means "Starfall," in the city of Tabriz, South Azerbaijan.

It should be noted that, as a result of the propaganda of groups against the Azerbaijani Turks under the Iranian regime, the “Ghoolchagh” film was banned by the Iranian regime due to the film being in Azerbaijani.

Asghar Yousefinejad's first film in Azerbaijani was called “The Home.”

Asghar Yusifinijad, a South Azerbaijani screenwriter and director, was born in Tabriz in 1969. He died in September 2022 at the age of 52 due to a cerebral hemorrhage and a heart attack.
