Southern activists meet with Ali Razeyzade Nadarli

A number of activists from the South Azerbaijan national movement met with Ali Rezeyzade Nadarli, who was granted leave on May 7.

Ali Rezeyzade Nadarli received a one-year prison sentence for "membership in a group carrying the idea of illegal Turkism with the aim of disrupting the republic's security."

Nadarli is currently serving his sentence in Tehran's 8th Ward of Evin Prison, and he was granted a three-day leave on May 7. A group of activists from the South Azerbaijan national movement met with Ali Rezeyzade Nadarli in Tehran.

During the meeting, opinions were exchanged about his situation, the conditions of Evin Prison in Tehran and other southern prisoners. A property deed worth one billion dumins secured the activist's right to leave.
